This tree contains latex which is commonly used in medicines and foods. This plant is a good source of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, magnese, copper, and calcium. This tree has medium toxicity due to the latex secreted by its leaves and stems. The latex can be found in the raw fruit if not cooked. On the upside the latex from the plant can be used to get rid of warts, and can also fight bronchitis and constipation. This tree is closely related to the banyan tree which is a fig that is sort of a parasitic plant that when germinated feeds off its host.
